M Matcha Hojicha is roasted green tea powder that is made from the youngest and freshest leaves from the very first tea harvest.
The tea leaves are roasted at medium temperature, which gives it its unique golden brown color, low caffeine content and a smoky aroma that’s pleasantly sweet with toasted walnut and caramel notes. It can be enjoyed as a creamy tea or as a latte, but it works perfectly in dessert recipes as well.
