If you are still in summer mode and you find yourself longing for a cold treat, try this matcha affogato! It is incredibly fast to make and equally delicious!
A spin on the traditional Italian affogato, we prepared it with matcha instead of espresso. The result? A wonderfully elegant, creamy and indulgent dessert armed with all the fantastic health benefits of matcha tea.

- 2 tsp M Matcha Premium
- 90 ml hot water
- 2 scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream
1. Prepare matcha tea the traditional way.
2. Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a glass and pour hot matcha tea over it.
3. Serve with either a spoon or a metal straw. :)
