INGREDIENTS (2 SERVINGS):
- 250 grams strawberries (fresh or frozen) - 1 Tbs maple syrup (optional) - ice cubes (optional) - 2 tsp M Matcha Premium or M Matcha Culinary - 160 ml water - 160 ml plant milk
1. To make the strawberry sauce, blend together strawberries and maple syrup in a blender. Alternatively, you can use an immersion blender as well. 2. Sift matcha powder into a cup, pour in water and mix using the e-mixer. 3. To make 1 serving, spoon some strawberry sauce to the bottom of your favorite glass or drinking jar (about one-third of the way). Then place in ice cubes (if using) and pour in the plant milk (about two-thirds of the way). Try using a teaspoon when pouring to create nice, clean layers. 4. Finally, pour in the matcha tea to fill up your glass and enjoy!
